Service & Repairs Xante printers are good, dependable workhorses, but like any other machine, if you use it long enough, you will eventually wear something out and need service. That is where we come in! We are fully trained, certified by Xante, and experienced at repairing anything that may go wrong with your printer. We keep an inventory of the most often needed parts ready for immediate shipment. If you need a part that we don’t have, we can get it for you fast, and for less than you would have to pay if you ordered it yourself from the factory. The most often replaced item on the PlateMaker, ScreenWriter, and Accel-a-Writer series is the Fuser assembly. Marks in the heat roller can cause quality problems, and other defects can create error messages like “E-Fuser”, or "Service A". We have fully rebuilt units ready to ship when you need one. Since we do the service here, we also require you to send us your defective unit so it can be rebuild it for another customer. When we rebuild a fuser assembly, we don’t just throw in a new heat roller. Even though that may be all the fuser really needs at the time, we properly clean all reused parts, replace all sensors, thermistor, gears, bearings, bushings, heat roller, and if needed, pressure roller and lamp. What you get back is a fuser assembly in brand new condition, ready to give you years more service from your printer.
